Where do you ship?

XUME ships worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days after purchase.

Please note that during Early Access launches, product drops, pre-orders, or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be longer than usual. Any extended processing times will be clearly communicated on the product page or at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

The Netherlands: 1–3 business days

Europe: 3–8 business days

International: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Entered the wrong shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@xume-lab.com.

We will do our best to update your shipping information before your order is processed. Unfortunately, once an order has been packed or dispatched, we can no longer guarantee address changes.


Can I Change My Shipping Address After Ordering?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to update the shipping address.

Please contact contact@xume-lab.com immediately after placing your order.


My Package Hasn't Arrived Yet

We're sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet.

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your tracking information.
  • Verify that the shipping address provided is correct.
  • Check with household members or neighbours.
  • Review any delivery notices from the shipping carrier.

If your package still cannot be located, please contact us at contact@xume-lab.com and we'll gladly assist you.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to import duties or customs charges.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

XUME is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional import costs incurred after shipment.
