Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European consumer regulations.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Be free from stains, odours, makeup, or damage.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend returning your order using a tracked shipping service, as XUME cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the European Union must clearly mark the package as:
"RETURNED GOODS"
Failure to do so may result in import duties being charged to us. If additional customs charges are incurred due to incorrect return documentation, the package may be refused and returned to the sender.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale, promotional event, or with a discount code are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by applicable law or if the item is faulty.
